I am excited to announce that in 2023 Blanca Peak Realty merged with Code of the West Real Estate in La Veta to better serve our customers. Where Blanca Peak Realty focussed on the Forbes Area's in the San Luis Valley, Code of the West Real Estate has a much broader range and has multiple offices in Southern Colorado.  I remain dedicated to help you to realize your dreams to own a Moutain Home or just some mountain acreage in the beautiful Southern Colorado Rockies.
